This is a 45-minute coaching conversation. We’ll take a beat to check in on what’s feeling heavy, what you’re craving more of, and how you want to show up in your own life (whether that’s at work, at home, or out in the world).

There is no formal prep required, feel free to just show up as you are! To get the most out of our call, you’re welcome to:

Reflect on what’s feeling “off” in your life or work right now, and then let me know! Hit reply to this email with any thoughts you’d like to share before our time together
Bring a journal or something to jot notes in
Pour a cup of tea and get comfy, you deserve it!

You’ll leave with clarity, a fresh perspective, and at least one step forward that feels true and doable.
